- No unit may be rented or leased. Wemberley Hill Garden Homes (WHGH) is an owner-occupied residential community.
- The owner is required to file a copy of their deed with the Board of Directors along with the name and address of their mortgagee.
- The owner is required to provide the Board of Directors with documentation of comprehensive personal liability insurance. (Minimum of $100,000) and proof of sufficient insurance to cover the cost of fully rebuilding the inside of your residence.
- Maintenance Fees are due on the first day of each month. Fees may be paid by 1) check mailed to PMI Louisville, 2525 Nelson Miller Pkwy, Ste 202, Louisville, KY 40223. 2) Automatic withdrawal from your account. You can call (502) 414-3260 to set that up. Or 3) via credit card (with a 3+% Fee) via the Web Portal. There is a link to the Portal at top of this page. Remember that late fees are applied after the 15th day of the month.
- All requests for services must be submitted to PMI either through the PMI web portal, via email to WemberleyHill@PMILouisville.com, or by calling (502) 414-3260.
- Prior to making alterations to your unit, you must submit a written request for approval (through PMI) from the Board of Directors and provide detailed drawings for substantial changes. Approval must be obtained before starting the project.
- No pets over 50 pounds are permitted in WHGH. Two pets per household is permitted.
The following pets are banned regardless of weight:
Rottweiler Doberman Pinschers German Shepherds Pit Bulls
Chow Exotic Animals Rabbits Snakes
Lizards Monkeys Reptiles Livestock
- The pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day each year. There is NO lifeguard; rules and regulations for pool use are posted in the pool area.
- We ask everyone to be watchful for each other and to observe the 15 mph speed limit in our community.
